The following represent our terms in placing orders for digital downloads as well as for services we offer on our website. These terms are in addition to our website term and conditions and our legal and ethical disclaimers. The company you are doing business with is Tranced Out LLC, on behalf of Taylor Sherman (I own this LLC), and below are our terms. Sage Oak Hypnosis and Wellness is a brand of Tranced Out LLC.

Cancellation Policy

• If you book a session or schedule a session on my calendar for a specific time, one business day’s notice is required in order to cancel the session without charge. Meaning that if you schedule a session on Monday at 3 PM, you would need to cancel by Friday at 2:59 PM in order to not be charged. If you cancel with less than this amount of notice, you will be charged a fee up to the full cost of the session.

• There are no refunds on digital downloads.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Services are refundable only if you have not used the service, and you request a refund at least 3 days prior to any scheduled appointments. If an appointment is scheduled, even if your card is charged, you may not cancel the service without first cancelling the appointment at least 3 days prior to the date of service.
