How I work
You may already understand yourself and your patterns well, or you may still be developing that awareness. Either way, self-understanding matters. But insight alone does not always change long-standing habits, reactions, or beliefs. Therapy works best when we address both: having honest conversations that build understanding, and experiential work that helps change become more concrete.
The full approach →Insight-driven conversation about meaning, choice, responsibility, and attachment. Grounded in existential / humanistic psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Working with somatic awareness, focused attention, emotional processing, imagery, and subconscious patterns to create change that is embodied, integrated, and enduring.
Meet your therapist
I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland, and I practice the kind of therapy I’d want for myself: warm, direct, intellectually engaged, and practical. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than fifteen years working in hypnosis, coaching, and personal development, including over 6,000 hours with clients and extensive experience teaching and training other practitioners.
